Coleman County Electric Cooperative doesn't plan to have power failures, but some problems are certain to cause interruptions.
Tornadoes, thunderstorms, high winds and heavy rains - Mother Nature puts on a display that sometimes can be very destructive. As spring approaches so do these various acts of nature, which bring downed poles and power failures
If your power goes off, please follow these instructions:
- Check your fuses or circuit breakers to determine if the problem is within your home.
- Check to see if your neighbors have power. This will help CCEC determine whether the trouble is caused by a transformer serving your home, or is more general in nature.
- To report an outage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week call:
1-800-560-2128 or 325-625-2128
