You Get More Power From An Electric Coop
As a consumer-owner of an electric coop, you have a lot of power. You can vote for your board of directors. Youcan make your opinion heard at your annual meeting. Because you are the owner. And that's a huge advantage over the big corporate power companies. Their customers have no say in the management of the company, no vote for the board of directors and no stake in the power company's future. That's why coops work so well throughout America. Because when people want power, we deliver.
The Annual Membership Meeting of the Coleman County Electric Cooperative is held in July each year. Notification of the Annual Meeting is provided to each member in the Texas Coop Power Magazine.
Come and enjoy the fellowship with your fellow members while participating in the business activities of your own Cooperative.
The Cooperative not only serves electric power to rural people; it also participates in community activities by donating to the following;
- Stock Shows
- County Fairs
- 4-H Awards
- Book Covers
- Ag Day
- FFA
- All School Annuals in service area
- Government-in-Action Youth Tour
- Furnish material on Drug Abuse to schools in service area
- Regular News Sponsor on both County Radio Stations
